Steve Griffiths

Steve is a senior rail industry professional with more than 20 years’ experience in building and leading many successful commercial and engineering teams. Using his commercial and business acumen, coupled with operational and project management experience, Steve has delivered a number of engineering projects on the London Underground, as well as a £60 million telecoms project on the MTRC in Hong Kong.

Steve led the team delivering a comprehensive commercial service to an alliance of scarce resource businesses within Metronet Rail Ltd, with a combined turnover of c£90 million. At London Underground, Steve was responsible for the development and implementation of whole life asset plans for signalling and control system assets for the sub-surface railway.

Since co-founding NuAspect Limited, Steve has consulted to clients on a diverse range of issues including reviews of Engineering Standards and project delivery management. Most recently, Steve has provided commercial consultancy to co-ordinate contractual requirements between operational and commercial teams and facilitate the settlement of NEC contracts with clients’ sub-contractors.

Steve is a member of the Institution of Railway Signal Engineers, the Institute of Directors and holds an MSc in Transport and Logistics Management from the University of Salford.

Andy Keasley

Andy is a highly experienced consultant in mass transit railway asset management, operational maintenance engineering and business change management.

Operational and business planning experience provide Andy with the ability to rise to the challenge of balancing capital investment and maintenance expenditure utilising whole life cost principles. He has used this understanding to help develop and deliver technical and asset management strategies for signalling and control systems, rolling stock and permanent way.

Whilst Andy is primarily a railway signalling engineer, he has a broad based knowledge of other railway engineering disciplines through his operational and asset management experience. He has vast experience in railway incident management at strategic and tactical levels.

Andy is a member of the Institution of Railway Signal Engineers, the Institute of Asset Management and the Institute of Directors and also holds an MSc in Transport and Logistics Management from the University of Salford.

John Moore

John is a senior rail industry professional with more than 35 years’ experience in mass transit signalling maintenance, installation, testing and commissioning.

John’s business and operational acumen, coupled with his technical experience, has provided him with the ability to oversee a wide range of signalling projects throughout the London Underground infrastructure. John has also delivered light rail projects in the UK and urban rail projects in Australia.

Whilst John is primarily a railway signalling engineer, accredited by the Institution Railway Signal Engineers in Testing Management, he is also experienced in operational change management, interim management and asset management.

Since co-founding NuAspect Limited, John has delivered a diverse range of commissions including developing Testing and Commissioning Strategies, delivering Installation Projects, Testing and Commissioning Management of Signalling Schemes, Signalling/Rolling Stock Systems Integration and management of Tender Submissions.

John is a member of the Institution of Railway Signal Engineers, the Institute of Directors and a member of the Chartered Management Institute.
